DB Error please help

Hey community..

My self compiled DB used to work very good about 2-3 months ago, I've been inactive since and just came back to work on it again.

I recompiled it today to use it again, but then, it gave me these very strange errors that i never had before;

The thing is that when i try other DB, it works good, only mine that cause this errors. how can i fix that?? help will be so much appreciated  sorry for my bad english
