channels wont work "connect: Connection refused"

as the title says my channels aren't working /, when i start the channels via putty i got this massage 

connect: Connection refused 

 

and it keeps popin up https://metin2.download/picture/My7eJzP6b2KkjzDo2u4suMdst6ILVYZG/.png

 

by the way the game was running quite good but modified item Proto and name proto then this problem appeared 

i have a backup for my proto's i uploaded them back and still got the same problem ! 

anyone have a solution for this ?
