Ican't start my server if there is items in special_item_group when special_item_group is empty server starts fine but if special_item_group have items in it server doesn't start.

This is the my syslog error line (i guess)

SYSERR: Jul 28 22:57:27.826498 :: ReadSpecialDropItemFile: ReadSpecialDropItemFile : there is no item 110010 : node °­·ÂÇÑ¿ëÈ¥¿ø¼®_ÀϹÝ-È­·Á
SYSERR: Jul 28 22:57:27.827815 :: Boot: cannot load SpecialItemGroup: locale/turkey/special_item_group.txt

 and this is my special_item_group.txt

I think my item_proto is old and doesn't include Dragon Soul items this is why i get this error. I don't have no txt system if anyone can teach me i'll be glad...
