Bug regen,boss.npc.txt map

Hi, I have a problem with the file regen, npc, boss .txt.
If I present in the file listed first, one line (then one mob or group) in the map I find instead three of the same mob or group. Can you tell me what's the problem?

Also in the same map if I do the command / m not appear monsters
