NPC remove bug

Hi all again... Im sorry I have to came back with another question but I have a NPC error.

I can't remove a NPC from Map2 Blue. I have remove all npc,mobs,bosses,metins, everything and when I use get_mob I get 0 mobs but the NPC is still there.

Any solutions? Thanks

Bump

I have changed serverfiles and client, and guess what? NPC is still there.... and is not in npc.txt from map. 

PS: I have keept same game file is possible to be from there.?

Which Npc is it? Do you mean the Event Npc? I think you can remove her with a ingame command, but i dont know which.

Yea is Event NPC, I know what command is /pu . but I want it gone forever.

No i dont mean the /purge command. I mean the /x 0, /x 1 and the /x 2 commands.  This npc is spawning because the xmas event is on. Make it /x 2 or /x 0. (i am not sure) I thinkt it is then removed from the map.

 

I think the npc is in a quest or in the game.

OMG I was so focused on remove it and I forgot about night .... Is becouse I love when is night...
