Can t be empty. Upload it here to see it. Should contains a lot of data. You probably changed something on locale_string.txt and the encoding is not correct (if you use notepad++ for example). Upload the old version, i guess you have a buckup of it, and check. If i am right, make the changes in wordpad for e.g. or change the settings for encoding in notepad++ so the changes won't affect the file encoding. -
