[Help] Need help with PVP tournament

Will be appreciated If you clarify my doubts

how to start the PVP tournament without using command. the NPC i have given dont have commands only rewards he got saw in his object he got all the scripts of pvp but he showing only 2 of them in that arena.. why so??

any1 to clear my doubts?
