Source Server Need Detailed Tutorial [TuT]

Hi !  

 

I wan to do a server on source code But the problem is I don't know how. I have obtained a pack with all necessary files that I would need to create my server. But some people say I have to upload whole folder that weights 2.6 GB or just bits out of it.

 

There is my problem, I don't know what to upload to my server to make it working.

 

Second thing is that I need detailed tutorial that will help me to make a server on source ! Thanks !
