Problem with my compiled stuff

Hey guys i have a problem which i can't solve since few days and sorry for my bad english.

 

Following screen shows my problem: (db Core is online and just only one game Core - Auth)
And it seems like my process are freezing, because of the TIME tab.

I have solved my problem.

There was some corrupted files in my locale folder.
