Network Questions - Hard to you?

Hi people, I configure my (virtualbox) machine with this:

My router page is: 192.168.1.1
My PC have the IP: 192.168.1.4
My machine have the IP: 192.168.1.254 (all ports are opened like dedicaded server)

I can enter in game with this IP: 192.168.1.254 (serverinfo.py)

How can I transfer the people comming to my PC (192.168.1.4) and going to (192.168.1.254) and use this ports:

11000

13000

13099
