hi, i have problem all bonus on lycan don`t work, how to fix it in source? and in which file?

i tested and bonus def claw 15% don`t work .. damage with bonus 1k hit, and without bonus 1k hit.. he don`t active..
and test№2:
with this belt 2.2k skill and without 2.2k skill, bonus lycan don`t work(in belt bonus: chance to reflect attack lycan (id 95 bonus it))
