Dunegon work only on ch1

Hi, I have 3 sub-channels. One of the city's second-in gain experience and 3 under the dungeons. The problem is that it only works on a quest ch1. On the other carries the dungeon and nothing happens. Any solutions? My config ch13 and ch23:
