problem with start channel

hi, i have a really big (?) problem, i dont know why i cant start channel, yesterday i did restart my own server metin2, and since that time i cant login on server, i was looking for fixing that..

Your 'time' column data-type is shorter than the data-type is inserted by query. Edit your table called bootlog from log database and change the type for 'time' column to 'DATETIME'.
