Spirt Stone Success Chance?

Hey, Can anyone tell me how i can modify the chance of successfully putting a spirt stone into an item? Is it done via the DB or gamefile?

There is a dif to increase it or from the source itself like Endyminon said

I'm in the 34k version, a friend said this is only via thr 40k that contains cpp's. is there a method in 34k?

 

 

mmm i need to do it for just 1 stone, the rest i want to remain the same % :/ which  i guess won't be possible
