Server_attr from the server is not complete.

 

Example:

You have a map 7 x7 but is made server_attr 5 x 5.

 

And you regen set in the respective folder(map)  mob to spawn respectively in the 7 x 7 sectree  automatically if it is not compatible server_attr sector does not find in that map.
