Hi, I am new to this forum. and would like to know the format of these files. also, are these only useful in some specific games?

 

or can i use them in a different game? (i know more about programming so asking about graphics thanks)

You can use them in many games, so these npc's. you export the models and animations to fbx or whatever you want. The image files are all dds or tga. the other "msa" etc. are only usable for this game.
