item.IsSealScroll(VNum) -- Python/C++

Hey i just got a shor question about these function: item.IsSealScroll(VNum).

I dont know for what it ist. Okey it will check if an item got the right type.

But my real question in this way is for what will it be used? And maybe

someone can told me why i cant find it in any of the sources.....

It's newer than the current source release ... planned for end 2014 I think
