Convert form XML -> to txt

Hi devs, I tryed to convert from xml to txt with SpartanProtoConverter but it has porblems with the belts and alchemist items.

And if you are so kind to convert it for me, I will be so grateful.

If you have problems with the item_proto.txt then use it from the correct folder.
