Difference between the old Korean and European servers

I don't know if this topic has already been discussed, but I remember watching a video from the Korean servers where you could notice a difference that didn’t exist at the time on our version and still doesn’t exist today.

In the video, you can see that some items are not at the level requirements we are used to seein

At 3:18, you can see a level 65 two-handed weapon +9 requiring level 60. The weapon’s stats match the level 65 version +9 (Attack Value + Attack Speed).

At 3:49, you can see a level 61 armor +3 requiring level 42, again with the corresponding stats.

Where did this difference come from? Because in Europe, we had to wait until the introduction of level 68 armors and level 90 weapons to get items whose required level changed.

Were there any other differences like this?

idk china but Canada(metin2.us which belongs z8games in that day till 2013 I guess) had +5 stones, 2000hp items, 75 lvl weapons way before than europe. Also in US server u can add bonuses like strong againts warriors on ur weapon, shoe and helmet also warrior resistance in ur armor and necklace like in 1-5 bonusses.

This is the first time that I see China got 61 armor in 42 lvl+3 in metin.

I think the video was recorded on a Korean server; the alphabet used is Korean.

I'm almost certain I've never heard of a Korean private server.

Here's another video of the same person, a level 44 character wearing level 55 earrings. The Korean alphabet is very clearly visible.
