Best CPU and GPU for Metin2?

I'm building a new gaming PC that I'll use for Metin2 and other games. I'm wondering which CPU and GPU I should choose so that Metin2 runs without problems. I was thinking Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RX 9070, but I know some people had problems with Metin2 on AMD CPUs, particularly the FX series. Do these problems still exist with newer AMD CPUs? Should I go with Intel instead? From what I read, Intel is generally better with Metin2, as their CPUs offer better single thread performance and have more cores and threads, which becomes important when you want to launch multiple clients. I also read some posts about AMD's multithreading not working well with Metin2. Most of those posts are from the past, but are they still true? Which CPU should I choose for up to $350? I'd rather go with AMD to be honest, but I also want to avoid difficulties.

What about the GPU? Does it matter which manufacturer I choose? I read a few forum posts a while back saying that Nvidia GPUs are better for Metin2 and AMD ones can sometimes cause problems. There are just a few posts about this, so it may be coincidental. What do you think?

I know the game has very low requirements, but at the same time it's poorly optimized. There are multiple topics from 2017-2019 I have seen on the German and the Polish Metin2 forums about AMD CPUs not being able to handle Metin2 - crashes, stuttering, fps drops, 100% cpu usage on modern CPUs (at the time), people complaining about not being able to launch multiple clients because the CPU couldn't handle it. Even one of the admins acknowledged the problem. There are also some more recent reports about problems with AMD CPUs, but not as many as in the past. That's the reason I'm asking.
