Runic Sword Glow Effect Bug After Wolfman Update – Any Fix?

Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone knows how to fix the glow/shining effect of the Rune Sword and other level 105 weapons in modern clients. In the past, on the official servers and older private servers, the Runic Sword had a beautiful reflective shine effect. However, in newer clients this effect seems to be bugged or missing.
I believe this issue started when the Wolfman (Lycan) character was added to the official servers, and since then the effect has been broken, even on the official servers as far as I know.
Does anyone have a fix, workaround, or any advice on how to restore the old visual effect in newer clients? I would really like to achieve the same look as before.

Perfect, I’m good at breaking stuff, so hopefully I can "bug it" again finally something I’m actually talented at
