Fixing Character Invisibility Bug with Skill and Shining Effects

I'm encountering a bug where characters become invisible, and only their skill effects or shining system effects are visible. This issue persists until the character either reloads the page or mounts a horse again. The problem becomes especially problematic in areas with a high player population, as it can be difficult to see the characters at all.

I'm looking for a way to resolve this visibility issue, as it's very frustrating and significantly impacts gameplay, especially when there are many players online.
