Debug unknown packet header that doesn't exist on client/server

Hey everyone, hope yall are doing well!

 

How does one go about solving this problem? I have a unknown packet header that does not exist neither on server or client. There is no header by that number. But the client is crashing with that Unknown packet header

In tables.h, packet.h on server and packet.h on client source, there are absolutely no headers with that number

When you try to login, all cores are online, it says you going to login, connection was success and then crash giving you a syserr of unknown package?

Hello!

 

The crash only happened when opening a shop

 

I managed to fix it. It was a corrupted packet that had an extra argument in the client that did not exist in the server.

 

I used Compare to look at both files side by side and found that extra argument.

 

The packet was not the same number as the crash error, but fixing that difference in that packet made everything work smoothly and no crash no longer happened.

Why on earth it was giving me a syserr for a packet that did not exist, I just don't know... Dark magic perhaps xD
