Any syserr in the client? Is the item appear in your inventory after click or nothing happens?

As I remember offlineshop great has uiofflineshop.py file?
There should be function:
 

def AskBuyItem(self, slotPos):
	...

Check if you have in your code something like this:
 

	def UnselectItemSlot(self, selectedSlotPos):
		if (constInfo.GET_ITEM_QUESTION_DIALOG_STATUS() == 1):
			return
			
		self.AskBuyItem(selectedSlotPos)
