Hello, you need download your new mount, and you need create new ID for seal to call this mount, after that, add new id seal and id mount in your ride.quest or mount.quest and you can use. (copy other seal ID and change to new id and the same for the new mob), if you want this mount can attack use this guide;

btw don't forget use dump_proto to crate new item_proto and mob_proto for your locales.
