Player damage in PVP

hello guys,

how can i make the damage of the player stable,

like raw damage without any random numbers like the GIF below.

Weapons have a min-max damage range, so set your weapons to have min damage == max damage or vice versa.

this is the only thing that i need to change right ?

to get a raw damage

 

is it possible to just edit this file for the random damage ?
