Debug client

Hi, there was something here "debug" for "developers" but i do not find it anymore.

To be exactly, there was a "DebugWindow.py" in main folder and when you change something in that file there was an instant change in client too without compile it.. 

someone who know a link or something? Thank you...

Something like that but it's not exactly this one .. but thanks i will try to look for it
