VPS problem connection refused!

Hello guys i have a problem after installing everything on VPS(on VM its works fine). first time the server start and working after restart(sh close.sh/sh start.sh) the server wont start. 

Im using Ulthar sf v2

What i noticed so far:

at 2nd start these on staring does not show up:

I'm encountering the same problem. An workaround is rebooting the machine. I'm following the topic regarding this.
