Hairstyles/id section bug

Hi everybody. I was implemented costume enchant from avenue and i couldnt add a bonus to a costume hair. I found some resolution on other forum and i can add a bonus, but when i wear a hairs theyre not appear. Invisible. I think it was a part with section of items, for example some items id need to be in some id section from 40000-70000, maybe someone know which file in source it is?
