Login problem

Hello everyone , "connection_refused" message is repeated constantly and when the message "out of memory ...... " appears, then i can login my account.

How can i solve the problem? and sorry for my bad english.

The problem was solved the problem was from the mailbox table I disabled the limit records and the table started loading more than a million lines. Thank you for trying to help me.
