Ask for new/modified bonus

Hello, i want to make a new bonus or just modify any of current one,  against orcs for instance.
This bonus should be procentage and i want it to increase damage only for lower character damage.
To be clear if my character have attack 262 - 2552 i want this bonus to increase lower dmg (262) by procentage and leave higher (2552) without changes.
It is possible to do and how could i make it.

why u like to try that? just do new bonus there are tutorials about adding new bonus on the board here, otherwise u could just do it like mheele/magical dmg % in proto

I just dont know how to increase only lower dmg without changing upper damage

item proto and set the value of minimum dmg i guess

I dont want to increase it directly.
I need a bonus that increase lower value because i want my items to have a wider damage range between lower and higher - 56-5235 for instance. then i would have to get some bonus that increase lower value to catch up higher value.
