Performing sanity of … sshd - i receive that in console And i cant connect with ftp/sftp

The IPs are correct? Have you enabled SSH from outside?

Yes IP correct, ssh enabled

 

when i get that / sanity check on sshd / when i try to connect with WinSCP get me that error >

Network Error :  Software caused connection abbort
