BUG sash system - I'll pay for help

Hey, I come to you with a problem that I have been working on for a long time, but unfortunately I cannot cope with it.
1) When entering / exiting the mount, the sash does not scale for a fraction of a second - then it returns to its normal appearance [HERE MOVIE]
2) When the character is dead, the sash hovers over the character [HERE PHOTO]
3) When another player has a sash on - we see it unscaled. [HERE PHOTO]
I tried different sash systems (acce / sash) - the effect is the same, trying to modify the item_scale.txt file does not work.
Of course, I am able to pay for your help - if someone has a solution, please PM or a reply under the post.
