Character window bug

[Realeg 0]

I have this bug on the character window, as i can see it is caused by the missing text over there. Can someone tell me where should i look to fix this?

I tried what you told me, that brown texture disapeared but those text which should be there are still missing, i tried replace 936_windows and 949_windows but instead of text are cursor textures. Knows someone what should i replace to fix that?
