Property packing issue

Hello. I am writing this topic in connection with the problem I encountered when trying to upload new buildings and trees to the first and second cities. While uploading new buildings objects once disappear old "default" and appear new (should be both new and old), and once they are only default and new are not visible at all (only their shadows). This is one big lottery, as if everything was packed differently each time. I have no idea what the cause may be. Please help.

Use property folder default.
