Failed loading image

Hello Devs, i have problem with my client.. I tryed to install okey card event and i installed almost all is working fine but when i open client i got this error:(but i have the image in the path)

What can be the problem could someone help me?

yes, i have the image in the path but it was another problem, i solved it by myself
