Exclude files when compiling

Hey i have a little Question to the Community here

if i compile the client binary and give a specific output folder in visual studio 2013
visual studio does give me the binary and a few lib files inside my output folder but i dont wanna the *.lib files in my folder
how i can remove them if i build the binary ? or how i set in visual studio to not put them into my output folder hope my question is understandable my english is not the best

When you set the output folder do it just for UserInterface project.
