How are bosses skills implemented?

Hi,does anyone know how are bosses skills implemented? Let's say I want to add a new skill to the Blue Dragon that does aoe damage in a random area,how would I do it?

data/monster   find the folder of the MOB that you have installed in the client.

Keep the folder name and set it on mob_proto.sql -> 'folder'

Now you have skill connected to the monster. You can enable them by the correct row.

Skillvnum skilllevel etc.
