I need Metin2's "BETA" Client...

i’ll give you the psd files for the inventory window if that’s what you want it’s absolutely trivial. About the skill page, you will need some py/c++ to get it work. The way it was back then is that you had to mastery a skill first for the next one to be unlocked. For example, you had to add 17-20 points on the first skill to get it to mastery and the next one to be unlocked.
