[PROBLEM]Upgrade Python 2.2 to 2.7 (object has no attribute 'isCanada')

Hello, i do all the same as from this topic : 

but when i try run metin2client i got this error:

i rename locale.py to localeinfo.py 

and change import locale to import localeinfo

but now i got this:

when i change all locale to localeinfo and locale. to localeinfo.

i got this.

can someone help to fix this issue? or give part of compatible root with python 2.7
