Syserr IndexError

I implemented a new map and whenever i'm on it it keeps writing on syserr this:

any idea on how to fix?

Post the full syserr, a list Index out of range is a Simple python error for sample 

You have [0,1,2,3] and you asked for the element at index 10, you would be out of bounds and receive an error
