Passive Bonus and State Point - Metin2

Hello guys, today i tried to remove the state point that you get when you up a ball (https://metin2.download/picture/r3F9504x09DVmF8K988YXgTtGTP6KMUj/.gif)

and

remove passive bonus when u level up(https://metin2.download/picture/SwPp9LXr5rCtBWBWjR6W8kXZOOa4o5sp/.png)

but without success

someone can help me?
