Potion Inventory don't appear

hy every one, sorry for my bad inglish, i have this problem. basically the potion inventory don't appear 

as you can see, the botton is slightly visible, and when i click on it dont appear the inventory

any ideas? i look the beltinventorywindow.py and everything is correctly, and search the tga files and they are where they should be
