Problem in Sash

i have a problem in sash 

if the sash has 19% to 25% the the Sash will not appear on the player

 

but if its under 19% its ok

 

 

ex :

15%

 

 

 

 

19%

 

 

 

 

 

 

and if you see that 15 % dont have shine thing like it its +9 item

but 19% sash has that effect
