Need Help on WithdrawCheque

hello i use offlineshop from Ken but with same edits but i have one problem 

WithdrawMoney work perfect with no errors but 

WithdrawCheque wenn i but ther samething the client is closing and i don't anyware erros on the syslog

 

same one know wher the problem is ?
