i'm new in mt2 developing so i don't now from where to start 

could you give me some hide lines or from where to start 

and what's the main thing that i have to learn

If you are a programmer, I recommend reading some basic principles guides.
The rest must realize how it works since it is not very different from the usual.

You can find many guides in German, or Spanish forums
