some littles issues which must be solved

me and 2 other guys oppened a server (hosted it etc.) with sanii files but we have the following problems..

1) we are not able to chat..when we chat the message doesnt appear

2) when we do an emoji (ctrl+f1-2-3 etc.) the server crashes

3) when we send a private message the server crashes either..

 

Could you tell us how to solve it please? thanks if you answer
