Edit costume effect color in world editor?

Hello

How i can create or modify a costume effect color in world editor? I don't know how to open .mse files in world editor. If someone know how to do that, please help me too.

after you loaded it, scroll down to the "Edit Effect Color" or some button like this (I didn't find better pic, I'm working now and it's from google just marked the steps)

I did what you saying, but me i don't see the smoke effect.

click on Time Bar button and then the play button

Thanks for the help, but I have a problem, I changed the color of the smoke, but it is mostly maintained the default color.

How i can to modified all smoke? I mean i want to make all smoke orange.
