Bin does not start

I've compiled a bin for first time with no errors and it does not start with not giving any log or sysser or a message.

I'm using visual studio 2013.

If i use wrong granny version dll it gives me error message..

I've mananged to fix the problem with sysser.

I get no sysser , and the only think that is written on log.txt is this
