So basically if I look NPCs from a certain camera angle and from a certain distance they turn white. Any ideas how to fix that

Looks fine when I load it on photoshop. By the way this doesn't happen only to that specific NPC but also to several others

This problem it's granny problem.

Somebody on this forum (maybe plechi) posted new files for /m 20091 for example (same bug).

Chance NPC with another without bug till somebody will fix this too.

You don't need to open it with Photoshop, only with granny viewer to check if everything is good.

Open the lod file, the texture need to be D:\\Ymir work...

Here's a file containing a texture with good path and and another texture with a wrong path.FxPksah.png

Then this texture is fully working :YEp7oQP.png

You need to edit the texture_path (use preprocessor / granny_helper to change it) to match with the standart.

Don't use any images from : imgur, turkmmop, freakgamers, inforge, hizliresim... Or your content will be deleted without notice...
Use : https://metin2.download/media/add/
